One of my friends suddenly found that her phone had put itself in “safe mode”. She had no idea how she had done it and no idea how to get it out of that mode. After looking around on the internet, I found a solution that worked for her.
Pretty easy, but it seemed to work for her.

I couldn’t wait to try this, but it didn’t work. But I think I know what caused it … for the first time ever, after changing my battery, I put the fancy cover back on my Galaxy Siii … upside down! And all of a sudden, for the first time ever, I’m in Safe Mode. Pretty coincidental. Does that help at all?

Thanks, this set my Razr right back up! I will add this: When I woke up after reading a Kindle book I was mysteriously on Airplane Mode. When I cut it off, that’s when the Safe Mode appeared on the screen.

It worked for my Samsung.
Here is what happend it works well I was chargididntng my phone and the next day I turned it on and SAFE MODE was on I really did not know how it got I was so mad so I turned my phone off completely waited for 2 minutes and then turn it back on and it was gone !!!!! hope it works for u guys

cannot believe this… had that annoying thing in the bottom of my screen… googled the solution, found this… turned off my phone… then turned it back on and held onto the up volume button as it was turning on… problem solved… very much thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
