A “picopause” is a little loving nudge towards simplicity and serenity.

Let them.

Have you heard of “Let them” by Mel Robbins? This idea has really helped me as a leader, but I think it applies to many other domains in life.

I haven’t read her book, but I was introduced to this idea via the following episode of the “Slight Change of Plans” podcast by Maya Shankar.

The Two Words That Saved Mel Robbins

It’s also available as a video (which I haven’t watched as I tend to listen to podcasts more than watch videos).

I would love to get your feedback on my picopause articles in this very short survey.
