Chili Con Carne

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 40g onions
  • 40g celery
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400g ground beef
  • 120g kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • parsley
  • salt, pepper

1. Peel tomato in hot water and cut in 1cm dices.

2. Put oil in pan then sauté the garlic, onions, and celery (in that order) without letting them brown. Add the meat and sauté.

3. Add the soup and beans and continue to heat.

4. Add the tomato from (1). Add parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
