- 6 medium to large apples
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup butter
Put topping ingredients (everything but the apples) in a bowl and cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly. Cover apples with topping and bake at 175C for 40 minutes.
